SANCTUARY VIDEO LIFT SYSTEM
SIGMADESIGN collaborated with First United Methodist Church of Portland and Spectrum Systems Design to develop a detailed project plan that included the design, build and installation of a video screen lift system for the church sanctuary.
The Sanctuary Video Lift System is used to move a presentation display system up and down. The unique design blends a quick lifting system with limited noise. When not in use, the unit lays discretely below the floor and behind an existing choir shell located on the stage of the sanctuary. The unit can be raised in 45 seconds using a servo motor with brake drive system that accomplishes safety goals.
