I have worked as an electronics design engineer since 1992, mostly on industrial control applications until I joined Sigma Design in 2022. Aside from schematic design and PCB layout, I am also experienced in FPGA programming, electromagnetic compatibility, and assisting contract manufacturers with building and testing the electronic assemblies, as well as troubleshooting issues in the field.

How do you make people laugh?

If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?
Any of various kinds of aircraft. Those can provide a comprehensive overview of something and also quickly move things in the right direction.
What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?
When creating a large, patterned set of (e.g. circuit) design data would be tedious and time-consuming via the native application, I sometimes like to write little programs to generate those automatically.
