Wilson Sung

I have a Chemical Engineering background from Caltech and Carnegie Mellon University, but now I work in various engineering teams. My decades of experience in semiconductor industry span the entire product manufacturing lifecycle from pathfinding to high-volume manufacturing, as well as the integration from wafer to substrate panel advanced packaging. I have accomplished many NPIs, supplier qualifications, equipment benchmarks, and yield optimizations. My passion centers around applying statistical problem-solving techniques to various integrated process issues to identify root causes and provide permanent solutions.
