As the Specialty Welder, with a background in nuclear and high purity welding, I have gained a reputation for my ability to meticulously execute even the most challenging of projects- while being able to maintain a high level of proficiency. I specialize in being adaptable to any type of welding process and have mastered a variety of materials, such as Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Titanium, Duplex, Inconel, and other exotic metals. Since joining Sigma Design in 2017, I have been able to use my extensive knowledge and experience to collaborate with many engineers. Together, we deliver innovative solutions to projects that will ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship for our customers.

Questions & Answers

How do you make people laugh?

I can make light of stressful situations by looking to lift up others when I see they are having a hard time. Silly expressions, my dry humor, and festive holiday cheer have been some of the ways I look to bring a smile to my colleagues faces.

If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?

I would choose to be a knife. A knife is helpful in a variety of challenging situations and can adapt to many different uses. As a hunter and cook a good knife is always a necessary tool!

What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?

My favorite way to save time is by staying up to date with the latest technology. By finding innovative tools to fabricate our projects, I am able to complete them with speed, accuracy, and consistent results.
