Kyle Adams
Director of Machining & Fabrication
I'm Kyle! I've had a diverse career spanning aerospace, logging, and cargo industries, where I developed most of my adaptability and problem-solving skills. On weekends I serve as the Audio/Visual Director at my church, overseeing all technical aspects of a Sunday morning service. Additionally, I am the Maintenance Supervisor at Mayfield Lake Youth Camp where my wife Alyssa is Camp Manager. I manage the facilities to support fun and safe experiences for young campers. I strive to have my personal and professional journey reflect a commitment to excellence and a passion for serving my community.
In my personal life, I am a dedicated husband and father to three teenagers, ages 13, 15, and 17, who challenge me daily with their energy and uh... "unique perspectives." I also enjoy fishing, which offers a chance to recharge, and playing music (drums, guitar, and bass). I enjoy BBQs and using my smoker whenever I get the chance. Grounded in faith and driven by a passion for meaningful connections, I do my best to balance my professional career with the joys of family, community, and personal passions.

Questions & Answers
How do you make people laugh?
I like to bring levity to tense situations with a bit of professionalism when needed. Dad jokes are the best. If one person doesn't even cringe a bit... was it even a good dad joke?
If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?
I would be an F-450. I work better with some weight on my shoulders, rain and snow don't bother me, and if you ask me to run up a hill, I will run out of gas fast.
What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?
Objective-driven decision making. I rely heavily on my team to own their respective areas of expertise and make the best decisions based on their talents and agreed upon department objectives. This frees me up to work on and implement larger projects that without trust in my team I would simply not be able to do.
