How do you make people laugh?
I like to share funny stories to relate to others. I find that being able to laugh at yourself or your mistakes through vulnerability helps others understand you better. I try to keep the environment lighthearted and smile often to remind others to have fun!
If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?
If I was a tool, I would want to be a cordless power drill. I like that you can replace the drill bits to fit the task and accomplish a variety of projects. The adaptability and reliability of this tool is amazing.
What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?
My productivity hack is cleaning as you go. Whenever I start a task, I like to begin with a clean workspace. Once I begin the task, I ensure to stay organized and clean up/put away items as I go. This makes clean up after the meeting really easy and provides clear next steps on what needs to be accomplished. I've used this hack in all kinds of scenarios, from cleaning and cooking to breaking down an engine. Organization is key.
