As a Supervisor at Sigma Design, I strive to build a harmonious team. Producing quality products in an efficient and timely manner. My daily goal is to motivate and inspire my team to excel to the best of their abilities. With over 35 years of experience, I have worked in all aspects of electronics. From R&D to Manufacturing I have worked to produce some of the most high-tech devices for consumers.

How do you make people laugh?
I have a natural sense of humor, turning everyday situations into humorous monuments. Knowing your audience helps and playing on their sense of humor.
What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?
I plan my day early in the morning. Setting small goals and checking them off as I complete them. This allows me to have many successes throughout the day, and at the end of the day I'm able to see the results of my work and have a sense of accomplishment.
