My background spans from hospitality, recruiting, and employee engagement. While diverse, each role has been centered on creating environments where people feel welcomed, included, and heard. I’m passionate about delivering a seamless and positive onboarding experience that supports employees from orientation onward. I love being a resource for our team, whether I’m helping individuals find what they need to succeed, offering space to talk through challenges, or celebrating their wins. Supporting people in these moments is my favorite part of the role.

How do you make people laugh?

I think it's really important to have fun at work, so I like to crack jokes, tell funny stories or add a well-timed gif or meme to a conversation.

If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?

If I were a tool, I’d be a lantern. I help employees find clarity, navigate challenges, and feel supported as they move forward and grow. I don’t choose the path for them, but I provide steady light so they can see their next steps with confidence.

What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?

Alt+Tab to toggle between open applications! I'm always working with multiple browsers and applications open at a time and use this keyboard shortcut to multitask and view pertinent information quickly without even moving my mouse.
