With a career spanning diverse roles within Sigma Design, I am continually learning and thriving in this innovative and inclusive culture. Starting in the Machine Shop as a Shop Assistant, where precision meets productivity, I developed a familiarity with machined parts and my role transitioned into Quality Assurance Assistant. My determination and inquisitive nature drove me to pursue more, leading me to the Supply Chain Department as a Material Handler. I was introduced to a multitude of materials, encountering invaluable resources, and this experience opened the door for me to be accepted into the Manufacturing Department as a Line Supervisor.
I enjoy working with a diverse and motivated team, the integrated processes we have in place ensure our holistic and innovative experts can deliver solid and appealing products that exceed the client's expectations.

How do you make people laugh?
I often mock myself as a way to lighten the mood and connect with others through laughter. I don't mind poking fun at myself if it brings a smile to someone's face. Laughter reduces stress, enhances mood, builds resilience and promotes teamwork. Incorporating humor into daily work/life promotes happier and healthier relationships!
If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?
A multi-functional pocket tool. This tool is lightweight and compact, ensuring convenience, practicality and the ability to serve many purposes. This tool aims to provide a wide range of utility in a compact package. Beyond functionality, this tool features eye-catching designs and colors that are appealing.
What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?
I always listen to music, it keeps me focused throughout the day, and I batch similar tasks, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
