How do you make people laugh?

I am a fan of relating to others and their experiences. I want people to feel seen on a deep level. This often provides for opportunities to be joyful or laugh at situations that are challenging.

I'm most like a conveyor belt.
I see myself as steady, dependable, and always moving things forward.
I focus on consistency and making sure work flows smoothly so the whole team can succeed.
I try to bring a strong work ethic and a helpful attitude to keep everything running efficiently.

What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?

Microsoft Outlook search folders tuned to "flag date". This allows for easy execution and sorting of disparate asks across multiple internal customer relationships.
