Position Details:
- The hiring range for this role is typically between $28.00 and $31.00 an hour, with the full range extending to $34.00 an hour, based on experience, internal equity, and career progression
- This position will be In-Office
- Monday - Friday, day shift
Primary Function:
The Manufacturing Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily office and operational functions to ensure the workplace runs efficiently and supports the needs of employees, visitors, and cross-functional teams. This role manages office logistics, coordinates administrative and facilities operations, and provides operational support across departments to maintain an organized, productive, and compliant work environment.
Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure the workplace is organized, functional, and prepared for business activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations, including visitor coordination, badge printing, and directing general inquiries
- Provide operational support to multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers and support staff involved in complex development projects
- Coordinate with support staff on material status, operational needs, and production planning activities
- Provide guidance and day-to-day coordination for Technician staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to operational priorities
- Support quality control initiatives and ensure safety and regulatory compliance within lab and workspace environments
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment, including tools, shared workspaces, and assembly areas
- Manage incoming communications including answering and routing phone calls while maintaining a professional office presence
- Oversee office supply inventory and procurement to ensure adequate resources for daily operations
- Coordinate incoming mail, deliveries, and outgoing shipments to support operational needs
- Manage facilities coordination including office maintenance requests, vendor services, and workspace functionality
- Support procurement processes and administrative needs across office teams
- Coordinate with IT to support office technology, equipment setup, and workspace infrastructure needs
- Serve as an internal resource for employees regarding office operations and escalate workplace concerns to leadership or HR as appropriate
- Assist in planning and coordinating office events, meetings, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to Business Technology policies to protect sensitive information and minimize security risks
- Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned to support operational priorities
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant in office management, operations coordination, or administrative leadership roles
- Strong written and verbal English language communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and standard office systems
- Demonstrated responsiveness, tact, diplomacy, sound judgment, and confidentiality in communications with employees, clients, and vendors
- Strong written and verbal English language communication skills
- Excellent teamwork/interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively

- Pass a post-offer background verification
Standard office environment with normal office related conditions. Occasionally may be required to travel as required to other facilities, clients, or suppliers.
