I have worked in many diverse fields throughout my career, some include the service industries, industrial engineering, production, manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, construction, healthcare, and volunteering. I am an observational, investigational, factual troubleshooter who turns opportunities (yes, that would be problems) into continuous improvements in trying to meet or exceed customers expectations.

FIRST OR ODDEST JOB: At 15 years old working on a land survey crew and learning how to drive a 10-wheel dump truck and a Cat D6 crawler before I had my drivers license.
